Child Safety Standards

Punch Social has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material, activity, or behaviour of any kind on our platform.

We prohibit

  • Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors
  • Any use of Punch to contact, groom, or exploit minors
  • Sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAE material in any form

Age requirement

Punch is intended for users aged 18 and over.

Reporting

Any user can report content, profiles, or events directly within the app via the report function on any user, event, or profile. Reports involving suspected CSAE are treated as highest priority.

We remove violating content and accounts immediately upon detection, and report confirmed CSAE material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement as legally required.
